This notice explains how Space Code Academy handles information received through its WhatsApp messaging service. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@spacecodeacademy.com.

Information used by the service

The service processes your WhatsApp phone number or messaging identifier, the profile name supplied by WhatsApp, message content you share, message timestamps, and delivery or read updates supplied by Meta. The team may also add a contact name and notes to help manage your enquiry.

Why the information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested course information, manage conversations, and understand whether messages were delivered. We send promotional messages only to recipients who have agreed to receive them. Our team handles requests to stop these messages. You can ask the team to stop promotional messages by replying “STOP” or “غير مهتم”, or by emailing the address above.

Service providers and access

The service uses Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages. Meta processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy policies. Cloudflare currently carries encrypted connections used to deliver incoming updates to the company’s messaging application. People authorised to manage the company’s WhatsApp conversations can access the information needed to answer enquiries.

Storage and retention

The current messaging workspace stores conversation records on a company-operated device. Copies processed or stored by Meta or other service providers follow their applicable policies. We retain records while needed to handle enquiries, provide requested services, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We review records for removal when they are no longer needed. You can also request deletion using the contact details below.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You can email info@spacecodeacademy.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of conversation records held by Space Code. Include the WhatsApp number used to contact the company so the team can locate the records and verify the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless a separately explained process requires them. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable requirements and the information the company controls.
